 Purpose:  This workshop communicates the importance of Service Level Agreements based upon NIST Cloud Computing roles and value focused measures with analytics to support various cloud objectives.  Many Standards Development Organizations (NIST, TM Forum, OMG, Cloud Security Alliance,  ITU, ISO and others) have Cloud Computing Service Level Agreement communities and the workshop summarizes some of the major common findings and approaches.
